ScuffSleeveä abrasion resistance sleeve and tubing for wires, cables and hoses that are moved regularly or flex in operation can be provided by using ScuffSleeveä. Available in 7 continuous sleeves (braided and woven) and 4 retrofit sleeves with hook and loop closure. These sleeve are available in bulk and shop spools of various standard lengths (see catalog pdf for information of the available lengths).
Available in standard sizes; larger or custom sizes can be easily fabricated. Helps to organize and bundle hoses and cables. Excellent abrasion, scuff and wear resistance.

Abrasion & Wear Protection Nylon Braided Monofilament Sleeve
Two versions of the sleeve are available: .020" round filament (2500 abrasion cycle rated) and .050" flattened filament (4400 abrasion cycle rated).
Available in bulk spool lengths and smaller shop spool lengths.

The standard sleeve is fabricated from a tight and dense weave of nylon, with a high denier count of 1050. Often referred to as "ballistic Nylon".

This sleeve is fabricated from a tight and dense weave of nylon 6-6, that conforms to ISO 6945 and MSHA for blowout protection.
Can be cut with heavy duty shears or heat knife. High wear resistant sleeve with 3500 abrasion cycle rating.

Similar to the above sleeve, this sleeve is fabricated from a tight and dense weave of nylon 6-6, and conforms to ISO 6945 and MSHA standards for blowout protection.

ScuffSleeveä Fiberglass with Neoprene coating sleeve with hook and loop closure protects cables and hoses from weld splatter and drag abrasion. The fiberglass base fabric allows for a higher level and more intense exposure to weld splatter and sparks than the nylon version of the sleeve is capable of withstanding.

SPF Spray Foam Hose Protection Sleeve/Sock with Hook and Loop Closure
