Customer Credit Application Form
Customers wishing to establish credit terms can do so by completing the customer application form and returning it to us by email or fax. If you have a standard trade reference contact sheet with company information, then just sign the application form and send it along with your standard sheet.
Credit checks do take a few days to complete - usually the references listed are slow to return our inquiry form - if you need your order shipped urgently we do accept most credit cards and also ACH payments or wire transfers.
